Welcome to the new Alberta Donkey & Mule Club website! This site was previously Longears.ca and was set up to provide information which is all still available here. 

The transfer is a work in progress so please bear with us as we make the transition.

Anyone interested in holding an event or clinic please be in touch shortly as the executive will determine funding for events at the meeting at the end of January.

Volunteers are still needed for the casino in February.

We need folks to man the booth at the Horse Expo in April as well as participants for the demos.

​

We're booked at The Pointe in Sherwood Park for June 5 - 7 for what's promising to be a very exciting show! 

 

The prize list is in the works but we are planning to do an extreme cowboy race on Friday with divisions including in-hand and ground driving! 

 

Saturday and Sunday will be a mix of all our favorite show classes including in-hand, English, Western, driving (including ground driving), games plus long-ears classics like coon jumping and the pancake class! 

 

As always, our show is open to all equine: donkeys, mules, ponies and horses! We're welcoming input on classes our participants would like to see.  We've now got 3 days to fill so we have loads of opportunity to add more fun stuff.
